The 49th Annual INDY INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL is Central Indiana’s Largest and Oldest Pan-Ethnic Celebration! Hosted by the NATIONALITIES COUNCIL OF INDIANA, the INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL shows Indiana’s ethnic diversity, celebrates our unique ethnic traditions, and encourages cultural exchange. Held at the Johnson County Fairgrounds, 250 Fairgrounds St., Franklin as part of our “Touring the Counties” initiative. Around the World

Since the beginning of Indy International Festival’s journey, every year has had a unique theme for club members to focus their educational component at the annual event held during International Education Week. Since 2013, every February, NCI club members choose a theme to promote “Around the World”.

SCHOOL FIELD TRIP INFO

  • Grade School Hours – Thursday, November 13th from 9am-4pm
  • High School Hours – Friday, November 14th from 9am-4pm .
  • School Hours are also general public hours. NCI will provide a passport booklet for students during these hours.

Exhibitor Application

Applications are open for 2025 Indy International Festival at the Johnson County Fairgrounds in Franklin, IN! Hours pending final vote, but look to be slated for 9am-4pm on Thursday & Friday and 10am-6pm on Saturday.

APPLICATION FORM

Write Check Payable to: Nationalities Council of Indiana. Address: 6052 Pilory Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46254. Alternatively, Venmo QR (online payment) is available in the application form.

Print, fill up the form, pay fee and then EMAIL TO US.

Private Events

Performance hours are Thursday and Friday from 9:30am to 3pm and Saturday from 10am to 5:30pm. All performances must be scheduled through the website. Thank you for your interest in performing.
